The return policy regarding phones and accessories purchased at Southern Wireless is that we exchange defective products only. In addition, you must present the receipt for any product you would like to exchange. Defective phones must be returned in their original boxes with all items in the same condition as when sold. Defective accessories may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase as long as you have your receipt.
We notify you when your repaired item is ready, and give you one week to pick it up. If you do not do so, it then belongs to Southern Wireless. We offer a 30-day warranty on all our repairs as long as there is no damage to the device. For example, when water damage is evident, we do not offer the warranty. If we see no water damage, then we will. You must also provide the repair receipt for the warranty to be honored.
